Latitude Returns and Refund policy

At Latitude we try very hard to suit every customer and provide a great service, but we also understand that you may, on occasion, choose to return items that are not suitable.

As a small business, unfortunately we can’t offer free returns, but we do aim to make the returns process as easy as possible. Once the item has been received and reviewed we will issue a full refund provided it meets the criteria below:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order being placed.
  • The product must be in perfect condition and should be returned to us in the original packaging.
  • All returns must be unworn
  • If you wish to exchange an item, we will deliver the new item to your existing delivery address free of charge once your return has been received.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address below, please could you also enclose the delivery note which came with your order in the package so that we can identify your order and make the correct refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost by shipping providers.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.

Additional information for USA, EU & Rest of the World returns

Please mark all returns as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE to avoid paying customs charges. This needs to be clearly marked on the customs information document entitled CN22 and / or CN23, on the outside of the packaging. If you can't find a CN22 / CN23 form, please contact us.

Note: All returns are subject to testing upon receipt - we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of use.
